Story Telling  
Costumed performers will tell Hans Christian Andersen fairy tales and give interpretive presentations on the great Danish author and artist. The day also includes a puppeteer performing Danish classics. Great for kids. Free. MORE INFO

Little Scandinavian Supper
The Supper is a Norwegian and Swedish menu, including Insalata Caprese (cranberry spinach salad), Norwegian salmon in dill cream and apple streusel cake. The dinner will be served Friday at 6 p.m. at the Greenwood Student Center at Snow College. The cost is $13 per person, $7 for children 12 years and younger. MORE INFO

Bus Tour
Moderated tour will put you in touch with 19th Century Ephraim as you drive past homes, cemeteries, rock quarries and monuments, and hear the lore connected with the sites. MORE INFO

A free educational event featuring authors and professors talking about Central Utah’s Scandinavian and pioneer past. MORE INFO

Spring City Heritage Day
Spring City Heritage Day: Spring City, about 12 miles northeast of Ephraim, is a national historic district and possibly the best preserved 19th Century Mormon village in the west. The town's annual heritage day is Saturday, coinciding with the Scandinavian Heritage Festival. The highlight is a tour of about a dozen restored homes and buildings. Cost of the tour: $10 for adults, $5 for children under 12. The day also includes an art and antiques sale featuring noted Spring City artists. MORE INFO
